A comprehensive blood draw at our Evanston office covering your hormone panel, nutrient panel, and basic metabolic panel. Evening lab pickup via Healthlab.

Consultation with Dr. Chua (~Day 10)
Dr. Chua reviews every result against optimal ranges before your visit. The consultation covers your full lab picture, connects findings to your symptoms, and builds your personalized treatment plan.

Your personalized treatment plan
Supplements, hormones, lifestyle interventions — sequenced intentionally and explained completely. You leave knowing exactly what to take, why you're taking it, and what to expect.

Investment
Meliora is a cash-pay, direct-pay practice. We do not accept insurance. Pricing is provided during your consultation or upon request.
We can provide a superbill for HSA or FSA reimbursement where eligible. Many patients find that the depth, time, and clinical attention they receive here is not available within the insurance model — and that the investment reflects that difference.
Common questions.
Will my insurance cover this?
We are a cash-pay, direct-pay practice and do not accept insurance. We can provide a superbill for HSA/FSA reimbursement where eligible. Please confirm with your plan.
My doctor said my labs are normal. Why would Meliora be different?
We evaluate against optimal ranges, not population averages. A level that's technically "normal" may still be the reason you feel exhausted, gain weight, or struggle with sleep. That's the gap we're trained to find.
How long until I feel better?
Most patients begin noticing meaningful change at the five-week follow-up. Significant optimization — across energy, sleep, mood, weight, and cognitive clarity — typically comes by month six.
Do I need to come in person?
Comprehensive Assessments and follow-up visits are conducted by video (telemedicine), so you can meet with Dr. Chua from anywhere. You come to our Evanston, Illinois office in person for blood draws, pellet therapy, IV therapy, DEXA scans, B12 injections, and similar hands-on services.
Do you see men?
Yes. Many of our male patients are referred by female partners who experienced results. Hormone optimization, nutrient repletion, and metabolic support are as relevant for men as they are for women.
Do you offer telemedicine?
Yes, we offer it. Initial consultations and follow-up visits are conducted through video visits.
